Skoda Superb Steering Problem

Fluid level is fine, and I'm usually pretty careful with parking. When you say 'similar', was it exactly the same, or just a bit shaky? And did you have to get the whole steering column replaced or something?

Yeah, pretty much the same symptoms. Vibrating steering wheel, spongy feel, harder to turn. I was worried it was the steering column or even the pressure hose at first, but luckily, it turned out to be a bad connection. Honestly, with the error code showing, I'd get it checked out by a workshop. Could be something simple, but best not to risk it with steering!

You were spot on! The workshop found a dodgy cable connection. They fixed it for 95€, and the steering is perfect again. Thanks a lot for your help!

Whoa, sounds rough! I had something similar happen with my old Renault Megane. The steering wheel would shake like crazy, especially at lower speeds. Have you checked the hydraulic fluid level? Also, any chance you've kerbed it recently? That could mess with the wheel alignment and cause weird steering issues.
