Skoda Yeti Automatic Gearbox Problems

My 2012 Skoda Yeti diesel is giving me grief. 166287 km. The automatic gearbox is acting up paddle shifters unresponsive shifts unclean and it feels like it's slipping. There are grinding noises when it changes gears. Sometimes, it goes into emergency mode. Seems like the transmission problems point towards a defective control unit or some automotive ECU issue. Anyone experienced similar electronic issues with their automatic gearbox?

Yes, replacing the control unit sorted it. I suggest getting it checked at a workshop to confirm the diagnosis. These automatic gearboxes can be tricky.
