Skoda Yeti Diesel Engine Troubles
Summary of the thread
The 2015 Skoda Yeti diesel is experiencing starting issues, stalling at idle, a check engine light, rough running, and increased fuel consumption. The suspected cause is a problem with the fuel pump, possibly due to a cable issue. A similar issue was resolved by addressing a defective plug connection to the fuel pump, which was confirmed and fixed, restoring the vehicle's performance.

Fuel injector, eh? Where exactly should I be looking? Is it something I can check myself without special tools?

Could be a dodgy connection causing intermittent gasoline delivery. I had that exact problem. Eventually had to bite the bullet and take it to the workshop. They sorted it quickly.

Thanks for the insights! Turns out it was a defective plug connection to the fuel pump, just like you suspected. 95€ later and she's purring again.

I had similar engine stalling issues with my Yeti. Is the fuel system the culprit? Have you checked the fuel injector?
