Skoda Yeti Radio Reception Problems

My 2010 Skoda Yeti with a gasoline engine is experiencing radio reception problems at 188953 km. The infotainment system displays an error message, and the audio system doesn't work. An error is also stored in the error memory. I suspect a defective antenna may be the cause. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I had similar static noise issues with my Skoda Octavia, although I'm not sure about the antenna ground. Have you checked the antenna booster?

I haven't checked the antenna booster yet. Where is it located, and how would I test it?

Yeah, sounds like what happened to me. I fiddled for a while, but ended up taking it to a workshop. They confirmed it was the antenna.

Thank you for your help. It turned out to be a defective antenna, as suspected. The repair cost me 255€.
