Thanks. I did a quick tire check and used a pressure gauge; all tires seem to be at the correct pressure. You mentioned a similar issue - was the pressure actually low, or was it a sensor malfunction in your case?

In my case, the tire pressure was fine. It turned out to be a faulty sensor. Given the age and mileage, it's quite possible the sensor battery is depleted as you suspect. I ended up taking it to a workshop to have it diagnosed and replaced.

The tire pressure sensor battery was the problem. Replaced all four. Total cost: 280€. Thanks for the help.

I had a similar issue with my Yeti. The error message in the speedometer was persistent. Have you checked the air valve for any visible damage? A visual tire check is always a good starting point.
