Thanks, that's helpful. Where is the fuse for the windshield heater located exactly? And is it possible that clogged nozzles could also trigger the error?

Yes, the fuse box is in the engine compartment, check your manual for the exact location of the windshield washer heater fuse. Clogged nozzles shouldn't trigger the error, but it's always good to check them as well. The error code strongly suggests a heater malfunction. I would recommend having a workshop take a look at the connections.

I had a similar problem with my Yeti. Have you checked the fuse box? It might be a simple blown fuse causing the washer heater malfunction.
