Skyline Parking Aid Failure

Hi, I have a 2012 Nissan Skyline with a gasoline engine. My parking aid isn't working. The display shows it's not functional, and there's an error code stored. Any ideas?

A 2012 Nissan Skyline owner experienced a parking aid failure, indicated by a non-functional display and an error code. The issue was identified as a defective plug connection. The suggested solution was to have the vehicle scanned and checked by a professional, which successfully resolved the problem.

I had something similar happen with my Skyline. Was it the blind spot sensors or the obstacle detection that went out? Or maybe the rearview camera?

I'm not sure exactly. The error code doesn't specify. It just says parking assistant fault. Any hints on figuring it out?

In my case, it was a defective plug connection, which triggered the error code. You'll need a scan to confirm the fault. Maybe it's time to get it to a workshop and checked by a professional.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a local shop, and you were right, it was a faulty connection. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted.
