Okay, the general warning light and the ABS/steering issues do make it sound more complex than just a simple leak. In my Opel, the problem was a faulty tire pressure sensor, but it didn't cause ABS or steering problems. Given the additional symptoms, it might be best to take it to a workshop and have them run a diagnostic check. They can pinpoint the exact cause and avoid unnecessary repairs based on guesswork.

I took it to a technician who found a defective valve in the tire pressure sensor, causing cascading errors in the ABS and power steering systems. The repair, including valve replacement and system recalibration, cost 280€.

I had a similar issue with my 2016 Opel Astra. The tire pressure light kept coming on, and I noticed the steering felt heavy and the car wasn't handling right.
