SM3 Rear Ventilation Flap Error

I'm facing a frustrating issue with my 2010 Renault SM3 gasoline engine. I've been getting an error related to the rear ventilation flap. My climate control is malfunctioning, and the air conditioning isn't cooling at all! The error memory indicates a fault with the component. I'm suspecting a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Wow, that sounds familiar! I have an SM3 as well, and I had similar HVAC issues. The flap actuator can be a real pain. I hope you solve it!

Unfortunately, I didn't do the repair myself. Took it straight to the workshop. It cost me 95€, but they sorted it quickly. I recommend doing the same thing.
