SMAX Diesel Intake Manifold Issue

I've got a 2017 Ford SMAX diesel with reduced engine power, rough running, jerking when accelerating, a loud hissing noise, and increased fuel consumption at 191203 km. Could this be a defective intake manifold flap control? Anyone else had this?
