It's difficult to describe exactly. The connections are part of the damping control system, but without specific tools or knowledge, it may be best to bring it to a workshop.

Thank you. I took it to a workshop, and you were correct. The cable for the damping adjustment was defective. Repair cost 95€. All is working now.

I had similar symptoms with my Sonic. Could be a defective cable or plug connection in the suspension system. Check those first.
