SpaceTourer electric seat failure
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Citroen SpaceTourer experienced a failure in the passenger electric seat, with no adjustment possible and an error stored in the memory. The issue was suspected to be linked to a heavily discharged battery, which had been completely flat a few times. A similar problem was resolved by checking the seat motor and wiring harness, and ultimately, professional intervention was required to clear the error memory. The workshop confirmed the battery discharge as the cause, and the issue was resolved.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Thanks for the tip! The battery was completely flat a couple of times, needed a jump start. Did your issue also start after a flat battery, or was it just a random occurrence?

Yes, it started after a flat battery incident. The control unit seems to be very sensitive. In the end, I just took it to a workshop. They confirmed the fault and cleared the error memory. It might be worth getting it checked professionally.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. I had it checked at the workshop, and you were right. They said the battery being heavily discharged caused the error. Cost me 290€ to sort it out. All working now!

Hey, I had a similar problem with my SpaceTourer. Check the seat motor and the wiring harness underneath the seat. I had a loose connection there once that caused similar symptoms. Was your battery completely flat or just low?
