SpaceTourer Manifold Pressure Sensor Issue

The idle seems mostly okay, maybe a slight tremor, but nothing major. The code points directly to the manifold pressure sensor. Just seems odd that it would fail so suddenly. You think it's worth just replacing the sensor, or chasing down a potential vacuum leak first?

Given the code and symptoms, and considering the age/mileage, I'd lean towards the sensor. But a large vacuum leak can mimic sensor failure. If you're not 100% sure, it might be worth getting it checked at a workshop to confirm before replacing parts. MAP sensor replacement is usually around 235€, but you never know.

I appreciate the insight. Took it to a trusted shop, and you were spot on. It was the sensor, likely caused by a small, hard-to-detect vacuum leak. New sensor installed, and she's running like a champ again!

Vacuum leak? Those can be tricky. Is the engine idling rough, or just feeling down on power when you accelerate? Could also be a faulty MAP sensor itself. Have you tried reading the fault code to see what exactly is triggering the light?
