SpaceTourer smartphone connection issue

Sounds frustrating! I had a similar issue with my SpaceTourer. Is the Bluetooth there, but it refuses to pair properly? Does the infotainment system freeze up at all?

Yeah, exactly! The Bluetooth shows up, but it won't connect. No freezing though, everything else seems normal. What did you do to fix it?

Okay, mine did the exact same thing. I tried everything – resetting the infotainment, deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone. Nothing worked. Eventually, I had to take it to a workshop. They said it was something about incorrect pairing. I'd suggest you do the same.
