Sprinter massage seat issue resolved
Summary of the thread
A 2013 Mercedes Sprinter owner experienced issues with the massage seat function, which stopped working and displayed an error code. The problem was suspected to be due to a faulty cable or connector. After checking the connector under the seat, it was found to be corroded. Cleaning the connector and applying dielectric grease resolved the issue, restoring the massage function and avoiding a repair cost.

Good shout on the connector! I'll crawl under there and have a look. Which fuse specifically should I be hunting for? And yeah, the error code is definitely pointing at the massage seat. Any idea on the exact fuse number or location?

Can't recall the exact fuse number offhand, but the diagram should be on the fuse box cover. If the connector and fuse are good, it's likely the switch itself or the module controlling the massage function. You might need a workshop to properly diagnose it.

Spot on! Turns out it was a corroded connector under the seat. Cleaned it up, slapped some dielectric grease on it, and BAM! Massage function is back in business. You saved me a trip to the shop and 95€! Cheers!

I had a similar gremlin in my Sprinter with the massage seat. Check the connector under the seat first. They can get loose or corroded. Also, did you check the fuse box? Is the error code related to the seat?
