Sprinter sun blind problem

The fuse is okay, and I looked for obstructions, but I didn't see anything. Is there an easy way to know for sure if it's the motor before I replace it? I'm still concerned about damage to the car interior.

Since you've checked the easy stuff and the error code is still there, the motor is probably the problem. It's hard to know for sure without special tools. You could try measuring voltage at the motor when you activate the blind, but be careful. Considering the blind's value for UV protection, I would get a shop to diagnose it.

Thanks for the help. I'm taking it to a shop. They quoted 330€ for the repair, including parts and labor. That seems fair for the UV protection and convenience. I hope it fixes the error codes, too.

A bad sun blind motor sounds right, given the symptoms. The error code really suggests an electrical problem. Did you check the fuse for the blind? Also, are you sure nothing is blocking it? I had a similar problem once, and a trim piece was interfering with the mechanism.
