Start-stop system in Polo GTi cannot be deactivated

I have a problem with my VW Polo GTi. Despite using Carly, I cannot deactivate the start-stop system. The coding is simply not accepted. Does anyone have any idea why this is and how I can solve this problem?

Make sure your Carly app and adapter are updated to the latest version. Also, check if the battery voltage is sufficient, as low voltage can prevent coding changes.
