Stepwgn hybrid low heating output

Low coolant can cause poor heating performance. Also, check for any signs of a coolant leak. Automotive valves can be tricky; have you inspected the valve itself for any obvious physical damage?

Thanks for the quick reply. I checked the coolant level, and it seems fine. No visible leaks either. The valve itself is hard to visually inspect without removing it. Did you manage to fix the issue yourself, or did you need professional help?

Given you've checked the basics and suspect a defective valve, and especially with the error code present, I would strongly suggest taking it to a workshop. The cable or plug connection might indeed be the culprit, but without proper diagnostic tools, it's difficult to be certain. It could save you time and prevent further damage to the cooling system. I ended up going to a workshop.
