I'm having TPMS issues with my 2011 Honda Stepwgn with a gasoline engine, at 177139 km. The warning message says the tire pressure is too low, and there's an error code. I've checked the tires visually, and they seem fine. Could it be a sensor?

Yep, exact same deal! Lights on, error codes, the whole shebang. Turned out the TPMS sensor batteries were dead. They only last so long. Since you've checked the pressure manually and it's all good, it's almost definitely the sensors. Honestly, you're probably looking at new sensors. I'd suggest taking it to a shop to get them checked out and replaced. It's a bit of a pain to do yourself unless you've got the right tools.
