Strada power window failure

Hi, I'm having trouble with the power windows on my 2005 Fiat Strada, gasoline engine. The windows won't go up or down at all. I scanned it and there's an error stored. I'm thinking it might be the power window switch, but I'm not sure how to check it without taking the whole door panel apart. Has anyone else had this issue?

No weird noises that I noticed. Just stopped working all of a sudden. How did you figure out what was wrong with yours?

I took it to a workshop. Turned out it was the window regulator. They said it's a common problem. Save yourself the hassle and get it checked out by a professional.
