Strada tire pressure sensor issue
Summary of the thread
A 2001 Fiat Strada diesel is experiencing a persistent tire pressure warning light, despite correct tire inflation. The issue may be due to an empty sensor battery or a faulty sensor. After consulting a workshop, it was confirmed that the tire pressure sensor battery was empty, and the problem was resolved.

The light stays on all the time. I did check the tire pressure with a gauge, and it seems alright. Is that what you had?

Yes, the warning light remained illuminated continuously in my case as well, despite correct tire inflation. Considering that you have already performed the relevant preliminary checks (visual inspection, tire pressure), I suggest consulting a workshop to address the TPMS issue. It could be a faulty sensor, or perhaps a deeper electrical issue.

Thanks! That's what I was afraid of. I'll take it to the shop then. They said it was the tire pressure sensor, and the battery was indeed empty as we thought. Cost me 280€, but at least it's fixed!

Greetings. I experienced a similar issue on my Strada. Was the warning light constantly on, or did it appear intermittently? Did you check the tire inflation with a pressure gauge?
