Stream Defrost Air Distribution Flap Fault

I have a 2007 Honda Stream with a gasoline engine and I've encountered a fault with the defrost air distribution flap. I'm getting an error stored and reduced heating. Diagnostics point to a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had a similar issue with my Stream. Check the air circulation and heater core. It might also be related to the climate control system or something within the dashboard panel impacting the HVAC unit.

Could you elaborate on which specific component gave you trouble? Any further information would be appreciated before I proceed with more extensive troubleshooting.

It sounds like the same problem. I brought it to a workshop. They confirmed the defective connection and replaced it, which resolved the issue.

Thank you for the confirmation. The connection was indeed faulty. The repair cost 95€.
