Yeah, I had the error memory read out. The shop said the likely culprit is a defective air conditioning control unit. Did you ever determine a likely cause?

Yes, that confirms it. In my case, the air conditioning control unit was indeed the problem. Given the symptoms and the error code pointing towards the control unit, I would strongly recommend having a certified technician take a closer look and confirm the diagnosis. Better safe than sorry, especially with these modern systems.

Thanks for the heads-up! Took it to the workshop, and you nailed it – defective AC control unit. They quoted me 980€ for the repair, which I guess is the price you pay for cool air these days. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!
