My 2020 Chevy Suburban with the Duramax diesel is giving me fits. The driver's seat heater isn't working – doesn't get warm at all, and there's an error code stored about it. I'm betting the seat heating mat is toast. Anyone else seen this?

Given the error code and lack of warmth, a faulty heating element within the seat is a strong possibility. Have you checked the fuse associated with the seat heater circuit? Also, does this occur consistently, or intermittently?

Thanks for the reply! I did check the fuse, it's fine. And yeah, it's consistent. Never works, never gets warm. What are the chances it's something besides the heating element itself?
