Sunny mirror heating issue

I have a Sunny too, though I can't recall the year right now. I had a similar problem with my mirrors not heating up. The issue was likely a defective cable or plug connection in the component. Have you checked the connections behind the mirror itself? Sometimes they can get loose or corroded, especially with cold weather affecting the car electronics.

I haven't pulled the mirrors off yet, mostly because I was hoping to avoid it. Is it a pain to get to the connections? Any specific areas I should be looking at once I get in there?

They'll have the diagnostic tools to pinpoint the issue precisely and repair the defective cable or plug connection. The repair cost me around 95€.
