Sunny Sun Blind Failure
Summary of the thread
The sun visor on a 2021 Nissan Sunny is stuck and displaying an error, potentially due to a faulty motor. The issue is similar to another case where the sun blind stopped working without prior warning. The recommended solution is to have the motor professionally replaced, as attempting a DIY fix could be complex and challenging.

No weird noises before it failed. It just stopped working one day. How did you resolve your issue? DIY or professional help?

Nah, I wasn't messing with it. Too fiddly. Straight to the workshop it went. Sounds like the motor's probably shot in yours too. Honestly, just bite the bullet and get it sorted by a professional. Save yourself the headache.

I appreciate your advice. I'm scheduling an appointment with a workshop. They quoted 330€ for the repair, including replacing the motor. Thanks again for the insights. It helped me decide.

Ugh, sun blinds! Tell me about it! Had almost the exact same thing happen in my Sunny. Seriously annoying. Sun blind just decided it was done working. Was yours making any weird noises before it gave up completely?
