SupraIV Fault Code and Error Messages

I'm having a problem with my 2001 Toyota SupraIV with a gasoline engine. It has about 91198 km. I'm getting a fault code and error messages on the infotainment system and speedometer. I think it might be a coding issue. Has anyone else had this with their SupraIV?

Coding issues can be tricky! In my case, the workshop confirmed it was a coding error. They needed to reflash the ECU. That basically resets the system with the correct software. I'd advise taking it to a reputable workshop to have them run diagnostics and see if a reflash solves it.
