SupraIV headlight washer issue
Summary of the thread
The headlight cleaning system and windshield washer on a 2002 Toyota SupraIV were not functioning. Initial checks of the fuses showed no issues. The problem was suspected to be either a defective cable connection, a relay issue, or a leak in the hose. Ultimately, a workshop identified and repaired a defective cable connection, resolving the issue.

Thanks for the tip. I don't hear any noise from the pump when I try to use it. Where exactly is the relay located? And is it easy to check the hose for leaks?

Given that you don't hear any noise, I'd lean towards a pump or electrical issue rather than a leak. Honestly, checking the relay and connections thoroughly might be a bit involved. Considering it's related to the Xenon headlights, and potentially the hose, it might be best to get it checked by a workshop.

Okay, thanks for the advice. I took it to the workshop, and it turned out to be a defective cable connection. They fixed it for 165€. Everything is working again.

I had a similar issue with my SupraIV. Does the washer pump make any noise when you try to use it? It could be a defective cable connection to the pump or the relay. Though it could also be a leak somewhere in the hose.
