Sylphy electrical issue

I've got a 2021 Nissan Sylphy, electric engine, with 163409 km on the clock. I'm pulling my hair out over a weird electrical issue. The error code points to 'Terminal 30 continuous plus interrupted'. Basically, the vehicle starts poorly, almost like the battery is flat. I've checked the battery, and it seems heavily discharged or defective, which seems like the likely culprit, but I'm suspicious since it drains so quickly. I am getting a funny feeling it might be the power supply, or a short circuit somewhere, and not just the battery. Has anyone seen anything like this? I've had a look at the circuit breaker and wiring harness, but everything appears normal. Thinking maybe the ignition switch?

Sounds rough. I had a similar issue with my Sylphy. Wasn't the same year, but same symptoms. Check for parasitic draws, something might be staying on when the car is off. Think of it like a leaky faucet, slowly draining your battery.

Parasitic draw, huh? Interesting. I had suspected a short circuit somewhere. Any specific circuits or components I should be focusing on? Any components in particular that are known to fail?

I'm no expert, but mine turned out to be a faulty module that wouldn't fully shut down. Honestly, chasing electrical gremlins is a pain. If you're not comfortable with a multimeter, I'd suggest biting the bullet and taking it to a workshop. I suspect it'll cost about 290€ to resolve.

Appreciate the advice. It turned out to be exactly as you suspected, a faulty module causing the draw. Got it sorted at the shop for 290€. New battery and module and it seems sorted.
