Good news about getting your T-Cross sorted out. After my last repair that cost 515€ to replace the defective injector, the engine has been running perfectly with the correct air-fuel ratio. The oxygen sensor readings confirm the lean condition is completely fixed. The throttle response is much smoother now and the engine maintains steady power through all RPM ranges. The intake manifold pressure readings are normal and consistent. When they replaced my faulty injector, they also inspected the EGR valve and other components to ensure everything was working together properly. No issues have emerged since the repair 3 months ago. The engine idles smoothly and accelerates cleanly without any hesitation or check engine lights. Investing in fixing the injector problem early was worth it to prevent more extensive engine damage from running lean. Money well spent considering how much better the car runs now. The throttle body and intake manifold were also inspected during the service. Everything checked out fine, though they recommended regular fuel system maintenance to prevent future problems. The air-fuel ratio is now perfect according to their diagnostic readings. Really glad I sought a second opinion instead of continuing with band-aid fixes. No more check engine lights or rough running since the repair three weeks ago.
