Tacuma Keyless Entry Fault

Experiencing a fault with my 2010 Chevrolet Tacuma, gasoline engine. The keyless access no longer works, and there's a persistent error. Anyone seen a similar door handle electronics fault? Could it be wiring, a defective door actuator, or handle connection? I suspect a faulty cable or plug.

I also own a Tacuma. Sounds familiar. Is the central locking completely unresponsive via the keyless entry?

Precisely! Keyless entry is completely dead. The physical key works, but the remote functions don't. Was your problem identical?

Yes, that's precisely what happened to mine. I fiddled with it myself for a while, but in the end, I just took it to the workshop. Best course of action, honestly.
