Tahoe headlight and windshield washer issue
Summary of the thread
A 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe experienced simultaneous failures in its headlight cleaning and windshield washer systems. The fuse was checked and found to be fine, leading to suggestions of a defective or corroded cable connection, a clog in the hose, or a system leak as possible causes. The issue was resolved by addressing a defective cable connection, confirmed by a visit to a workshop.

Thanks for the tip! Where exactly is the pump located, and is there a relay I should check as well?

The pump is usually near the washer fluid reservoir, often at the bottom. There is a relay too, but if the pump cable is defective, that is more likely the cause. I would suggest to visit a workshop.

Thanks! I took it to a shop, and you were right – it was a defective cable connection. Cost me 165€ to get it sorted.

I had a similar issue with my Tahoe. Check the cable connection of the pump. It might be defective or corroded. Also, see if there's a clog in the hose. A leak in the system can also cause both systems to fail. It's worth investigating before you start replacing parts.
