Yeah, fuel consumption is definitely up. What was the culprit in your case? Was it also the mixture prep?

Yep, sounds very familiar. I was getting that "mixture preparation error" message too. Ultimately, I took it to a workshop. They diagnosed a faulty injector. Get yours checked out, could save you a lot of headaches.

Right you are! Took it to my local shop, and you nailed it – dodgy injector on cylinder 3. New injector fitted, cost me 515€, and she's purring like a kitten again. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Sounds frustrating. I had a similar issue with my Talisman. The check engine light was on and I got rough engine running too. Noticed any difference in fuel consumption?
