Talisman NOx Sensor Failure

Thanks for the quick reply! I did a quick visual check and couldn't see anything obvious, but I'm no expert. Is it worth getting a proper diagnostic, or is there anything else I can easily check myself?

A proper diagnostic is advisable. Although a defective cable or plug connection of the component is the likely cause, confirming this requires specialist equipment. In my case, the diagnosis pointed to a faulty sensor due to a cracked wire within the loom. I recommend a workshop visit to avoid potentially damaging the catalytic converter with incorrect air-fuel ratio from a failed NOx sensor.

Thanks, that's really helpful! I'll take it to a workshop. Turns out it was indeed a faulty connection, and the repair cost me around 95€. Appreciate the advice!

That sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my 2018 Opel Insignia. Check engine light, NOx sensor error... Did you inspect the sensor's wiring and plug connection? A defective connection can trigger such errors.
