Teana cylinder misfire
Summary of the thread
The 2007 Nissan Teana experienced combustion misfires, indicated by rough running, a check engine light, jerking during acceleration, and reduced power. The initial suspicion was on the fuel pump or spark plugs, but further discussion suggested checking the fuel injectors. A professional diagnostic confirmed a defective fuel injector, which was then replaced to resolve the issue.

Thanks. How did you know it was the injector? Did you do any tests?

I suspected it because of the rough idle. My mechanic ran a test that confirmed it. I'd get yours checked by a professional.

It was a defective fuel injector. The repair, including diagnostics and replacement, was 515€. Thanks for the help.

I had similar symptoms in my Teana. Have you checked the fuel injectors? A cylinder misfire can often be a faulty injector. Any changes in fuel consumption?
