Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't checked the sensor itself yet, I'll definitely take a look for damage or corrosion. Where was the oil temperature sensor located in your Terracan, and was it difficult to access? Did you end up replacing the sensor?

On my Terracan the sensor was a pain to get to, almost underneath the engine. Access was very restricted. I wouldn’t recommend doing it yourself unless you are very confident. Given the symptoms and the error code pointing to the oil temperature sensor, and the relatively low cost, I'd suggest getting it checked out at a workshop. It could save you a lot of hassle.

Thanks for confirming, that's really helpful! I'll take your advice and book it in with a local mechanic. The estimated repair cost is around 95€, so hopefully, it's a straightforward fix.

Interesting! I had a very similar issue with my Terracan. Those symptoms - warning lights and the error code – sound very familiar. Have you checked the sensor itself for any visible damage or corrosion? Also, where did you source the diagnostics tool from?
