Thanks for the input. Could you be more specific about which connectors you checked? I've visually inspected the main wiring harness, but I might have missed something.

Honestly, I'm not super technical! I fiddled around a bit based on some advice I found online, but I eventually gave up and took it to a workshop. They mentioned something about a dodgy connector behind the panel. Saved me a ton of headache in the long run!

Understood. I appreciate you confirming a similar issue. I'll do a more detailed inspection and consult a technician if needed. The repair ended up being a faulty connector replacement, costing 95€.

Wow, that sounds frustrating! I've got a Territory too, and I had something similar happen last winter. My air conditioning wouldn't kick in either. I thought it was just a fuse at first, but no luck. Did you check the main power supply to the HVAC system? Maybe a loose connector somewhere?
