Territory Engine Running Lean

My 2018 Ford Territory with a gasoline engine is running excessively lean at 147983 km. I've got reduced engine power, a check engine light, rough running, and jerking during acceleration. I checked the intake manifold and cleaned the throttle body, but it still happens. Could it be a bad fuel injector? Any ideas?

I had something similar with my Territory. Check engine light and less power. Have you looked at the oxygen sensor readings? A bad sensor can mess with the air-fuel mixture. It's like a miscalibrated scale when you are baking.

Should I replace the oxygen sensor, or is there a way to test it? Did you also have rough idling or difficulty starting? Trying to avoid replacing the catalytic converter if I can.

Testing is possible, but replacing the sensor worked best for me. The readings were all over the place, and a new sensor fixed it. I did have rough idling, but starting was okay. I'd suggest a workshop visit for a fuel injection system check.

I went to a workshop, and they found defective fuel injectors that needed replacement. It cost 515€. Now the engine runs smoothly, and all the symptoms are gone. Your advice really helped!
