Territory massage seat failure
Summary of the thread
The massage function on a 2021 Ford Territory driver's seat stopped working, with a diagnostic tool indicating an electrical fault related to the seat switch. A similar issue was resolved by addressing a defective cable or plug connection. The problem was fixed by taking the vehicle to a workshop, confirming the cable connection as the cause.

It just says something like 'Massage seat switch - electrical fault'. Any idea what that means?

That sounds very much like the issue I experienced. In my case, it turned out to be a defective cable or plug connection. I would suggest taking it to a workshop. Cost me 95€ to resolve.

Thanks for the info. I took it to the workshop, and it was indeed the cable connection. All sorted now!

I have a Territory as well and I had a similar problem with my massage chair a while ago. Does the error memory give you more detail on what the error is?
