Territory Radar Sensor Error
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Ford Territory electric vehicle displayed a 'Radar Sensor Blocked' error, affecting adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist. The issue was suspected to be caused by a dirty sensor interfering with the CAN bus. The suggested solution was to gently clean the sensor with a microfiber cloth, which resolved the problem without needing recalibration or dealer involvement.

Good point about physical damage. I'll double-check that. But if it's just dirt, can I wipe it down, or am I looking at some fancy recalibration procedure afterwards? Don't want to mess up the whole ACC system by being too enthusiastic with a microfiber cloth!

Give it a careful wipe with light pressure. If it's truly just a dirty sensor, that should sort it. No recalibration needed for minor cleaning. If the errors persist after cleaning, then it's workshop time for a proper diagnostic check and potential recalibration.

For anyone following, you nailed it! I gave the sensor a gentle wipe with a microfiber cloth, cleared the codes, and everything's back to normal. Seems it was just a build-up of grime. Cost me 45€ for the cloth. Thanks for the help!

Sounds like a typical sensor issue. Is the front radar sensor visibly clean? Road grime and bug splatters can definitely mess with its readings. Also, have you checked for any physical damage to the sensor housing after a recent drive?
