Territory reduced engine power

Alright, gearheads, I've got a head-scratcher. My 2023 Ford Territory electric is throwing me for a loop at 214959 km. I'm getting seriously reduced engine power, and of course, the check engine light is glaring at me. Feels like the throttle's completely gone rogue. Could it be the accelerator pedal module or the electronics inside?

Hey, I had something similar happen on my Territory, though I can't say I've put quite as many kilometers on it as you have. Any issues with engine idling, or a noticeable response delay when you hit the gas? I'm wondering if your air intake or throttle body is the problem.

Response delay? Absolutely, it's like there's a solid second before it even thinks about responding. And the idling's been a bit rough too, fluctuating more than usual. You think that points to the throttle sensor going bad?

Sounds awfully familiar. For me, all signs pointed to a defective throttle valve. Given your symptoms, it’s probably best to have it checked at a workshop. If it’s the same issue, replacement is likely the solution.

Thanks a million for the insight! Took it to the shop, and you nailed it – defective throttle valve. New one installed, and she's purring like a kitten again. Total cost 265€ Appreciate the help!
