Thanks for the reply! I haven't checked the spark plugs yet, but the cable connection looks suspicious. Was your issue also related to a bad connection, or was it definitely the plugs?

Although spark plugs can contribute to engine performance issues, the symptoms you described align more closely with ignition coil failure. You were right! Took it to a shop, and it was a defective ignition coil, including a dodgy cable connection. Cost me 95€ to repair. Runs like new now. Thanks for the advice!
