Thalia Air Suspension Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2014 Renault Thalia/Symbol diesel is experiencing air suspension failure, with the car sitting low on one side and a bumpy ride. The issue is accompanied by a suspension error message and a fault code related to the air suspension bellows valve. The problem is identified as a faulty air spring valve, which can cause the suspension to malfunction. The recommended solution is to have the valve professionally repaired at a workshop.

No hissing sounds that I recall. Just noticed it getting progressively lower over a couple of days. Did you manage to fix yours, and if so, what was the culprit?

Yep, the culprit was the air spring valve. Like a leaky faucet in your suspension, the faulty valve caused all sorts of issues. In my case, I had it professionally repaired as I didn't want to mess with the complex suspension system. Cost me around 590€. I'd suggest getting it checked out at a workshop.

Thanks for the info! I took it to a workshop, and you were spot on. The air suspension bellows valve was indeed the problem. Repair cost came in at about what you said. Appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. I've got a Thalia/Symbol too, and had similar symptoms. My car was leaning like it was trying to take a nap. The error codes pointed to the suspension system as well. Did you notice any hissing sounds before it went completely?
