Thalia injector issue

I've got a 2017 Renault Thalia (diesel engine) with 216923 km. The engine's running rough, and the check engine light is on. It's throwing a 'reset quantity drift compensation' error. I'm guessing it's the injectors. Has anyone dealt with this? Can I attempt this myself, or is it a garage job? Fuel economy has also taken a hit. Any ideas?

Rough running and a check engine light, huh? Sounds familiar! I had a similar issue with my Thalia. Do you notice any difference when the engine is cold compared to when it's warmed up? Is it a constant misfire, or does it come and go? Makes you wonder what kind of fuel they're selling these days...

Yeah, it's definitely worse when it's cold, especially on startup. Once it warms up a bit, it smooths out, but it's still not right. The misfire seems pretty constant now, even when warm. What did you do to fix yours?

Sounds like the same nightmare I had! Honestly, trying to diagnose that stuff without the right gear is a pain. I ended up taking it to a workshop. They confirmed it was the injectors and needed to be reset. Cost me around 515€ all in! Not ideal, but at least it's running well now. Lesson learned, I'm sticking to premium diesel from now on!

Thanks a bunch for the advice! Sounds like I'm heading to the workshop then. I was hoping it was something simple, but injectors definitely sound beyond my capabilities. Fingers crossed it doesn't cost too much! They're going to reset them for 515€. Hopefully, that'll sort it. Glad to know I'm not alone in this Thalia injector saga!
