Now that you mention it, yeah, I think the dashboard lights did flicker a bit when it wouldn’t start. So, what was it for you? What did you end up doing to fix it?

In my case, it turned out to be a faulty ignition switch. Given the symptoms you've described and the flickering lights, I'd strongly suspect the same for your Tiburon. I recommend having a workshop confirm this and replace the switch.

Thanks for the tip! I took it to a shop, and you nailed it. It was indeed the ignition switch. Cost me 52€ to replace, and now it runs like a charm.

I had a similar issue with my Tiburon. It was intermittent, making it a pain to diagnose. Did you happen to notice if any of the dashboard lights were acting strangely when it wouldn't start? Specifically, any flickering or dimming?
