I haven't inspected the fuel pump or timing belt yet. Did your Tiida also store an error? Was the rough idle consistent, or did it occur intermittently?

Yes, an error was stored. The rough idle was intermittent at first, then became more consistent. I'd suggest a workshop visit to rule out an exhaust leak.
