That's interesting. Were your symptoms exactly like mine? Did you try fixing it before going to a shop?

Yep, same exact symptoms! Error message on the dash, the whole shebang. Honestly, after checking the pressures and finding them fine, I just gave up and took it to a workshop. I figured messing with the TPMS myself was asking for trouble. Glad I did, they sorted it quickly.

Thanks for sharing. I had a technician check it out, and it was a faulty tire pressure sensor, probably a dead battery like I thought. Cost 280€. Your info helped confirm what was wrong and what to do.

Oh man, Renault SM3... Sounds familiar! I had the exact same problem on my SM3 a while back. Constant low tire pressure warning, even when the tires were properly inflated. I even checked the air valve, thinking it was leaking, but no luck. What a pain!
