Tire pressure sensor issue

The spare! Good call, I totally forgot about that one. I'll check it first thing tomorrow. The tires themselves are maybe two years old, so not brand new but not ancient either. I haven't had any TPMS issues before, which is why I'm so confused. Is it likely that the battery is just empty?

Yeah, the spare tire is worth a look. My issue turned out to be a dead sensor battery in one of the wheels. If the tires are only two years old, it's less likely to be wear and tear. With that mileage, a sensor battery failing is a real possibility, especially if they are original. Honestly, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop to get the sensors properly diagnosed. They can pinpoint which one is faulty. I was able to replace mine at a local shop. I think you should check your tire pressure!

Thanks a bunch for the advice! I checked the spare, and it was fine. So, I took it to my local mechanic, and you were spot on – it was a dead sensor battery. They replaced the sensor, and the error is gone. Cost me about 280€ all in. Appreciate the help!

Hey! I had something similar happen with my G6. That low tire pressure light drove me crazy! Did you check the spare tire too? Sometimes, even if the spare is a little low, it can trigger the system. Also, how old are your tires? I've heard the sensors can sometimes act up as the tires wear down, even if the pressure is correct. Have you ever had a TPMS issue before?
