Titan Diesel Fuel Filter Heater Issue

My 2015 Nissan Titan diesel is having issues. At 124916 km, engine power is noticeably reduced, with poor response and uneven idling. Fuel consumption is up. The error memory shows an error related to the fuel filter heater. Anyone seen this?

I took my Titan to the shop as advised. They found a defective cable connection to the fuel filter heater. The repair cost 95€.
