Titan weak heater water valve error

I'll check the connector. I don't have the exact code on hand now. If it is the connector, is it just a matter of cleaning it, or does the whole valve need replacing? Did yours need a full replacement?

In my Volvo's case, cleaning didn't solve it long-term; corrosion came back quickly. I ended up replacing the connector and the valve as a preventative measure. Given the symptoms and the code you're getting, a faulty connection is a likely culprit, but the valve itself could be failing. I'd suggest getting it properly diagnosed at a workshop to be sure. Don't want to keep throwing parts at it. Here is a breakdown: connector or water valve 95€

Thanks a bunch! Sounds like a trip to the shop is in order to get it properly diagnosed. Knowing it's likely a connector or valve issue gives me a good starting point. I appreciate the advice!

I had a similar heating problem with my 2018 Volvo XC60. It turned out to be a corroded connector on the water valve. Have you checked the wiring and plug leading to the valve itself? A bad connection can definitely cause low heat output and trigger a fault code. What error code is it throwing, exactly?
